All scented products are handmade to order, therefore a period of 3-5 working days is required, prior to your order being shipped. Where possible, your order may be fulfilled sooner. 

Delivery

All orders are despatched within 3-5 business days, and are sent by one of the following shipping methods, which you can choose via the checkout:

• Standard
• Express
• FREE for orders to the UK over £50

For all our delivery options over the festive season, please check below for final order dates, delivery times. *

*Please note we cannot guarantee parcels will arrive on time for Christmas after these dates

Express Day Delivery	Monday 23rd December 2024
Click and Collect	*Click and Collect is available at Mobile Locations, when featuring at a variety of Craft Fairs and Markets across Essex and London. Details at the checkout.

Returns

In the event that you should receive any item(s) that you are not satisfied with, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can contact us via our email address sales@alexandritearomas.co.uk

We will then discuss the options with you at the time of contact.

When you contact us, please ensure that you provide your order reference number and contact details. In addition, to submitting supporting evidence of any problems. 

Should your items be badly damaged, we recommend that you do not accept these from our courier.

Please Note, as a small business, we are unable to offer free returns at this time.​
