Delivery Information

Every product at Alexandrite Aromas is handmade to order, ensuring the freshest, highest quality fragrance experience. Because of this, we kindly ask for 3–5 working days for us to make and prepare your order before it is dispatched. Where possible, we’ll always send your items sooner.

All orders are despatched within 3-5 business days, and are sent by one of the following shipping methods, which you can choose via the checkout:

• Standard
• Express
• FREE for orders to the UK over £50

Christmas Delivery

To help you plan ahead during the festive season, please refer to our final order dates below. Delivery times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas after these dates.

Returns

If your order arrives and something isn’t right, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at sales@alexandritearomas.co.uk

We’ll review the issue with you and advise on the appropriate next steps.

When getting in touch, please include:

• Your order reference number

• Your contact details

• Supporting photos or evidence of the issue

If your parcel arrives severely damaged, we recommend not accepting it from the courier.

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can sometimes feel uncertain. If you receive a product and decide the scent isn’t what you expected, you may return it within 30 days, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original condition.

As a small business, we are currently unable to offer free returns.
